We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectations or your needs might change. When that happens, we make returning items simple and convenient.
One-year (12 Months) Limited Warranty
The one-year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from the authorized Movcan website. Warranty coverage is not transferable and only applies to the original owner and the original product.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);
Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products),
improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims for this product must be submitted through RIXOC at support@rixoc.com To initiate a warranty request, please provide:
1.Proof of purchase.
2.Photos or videos clearly showing the damaged item.
Before submitting a claim, we recommend contacting RIXOC at support@rixoc.com
for guidance.
Important: RIXOC will not replace any parts without first reviewing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence via email.
RIXOC offers free replacement components and parts. Shipping fees are not included, and any installation costs will only be covered with prior authorization from the after-sales team.
Shipping Damage Claims
Occasionally, items may be damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please contact support@rixoc.com
within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos or videos of the damage.
Please note: Free accessories that are scratched or damaged during transit are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
