1. ADDRESSES TO WHICH WE SHIP

We ship across CONUS and currently cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.

2.SHIPPING TIME

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, and another 3-5 days for the order to arrive at your door. In the rare cases there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support@rixoc.com 

3.SHIPPING COST

Enjoy free shipping on all orders across the Continental United States (CONUS). Once your order has been shipped, the shipping insurance fee is nonrefundable if your order includes shipping insurance. If your order includes an extended warranty, it can be canceled and refunded within 60 days. Both shipping insurance and extended warranty costs vary by order and can be purchased separately at checkout.

4.SHIPPING CARRIERS

All Rixocmoto eBikes are shipped via FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery, with signature confirmation required upon receipt. For other types of orders, we may occasionally use other trusted carriers to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery.

We strive to ship your entire order in one package, but in some cases, items may be shipped in multiple boxes.

5.SHIPPING DAMAGE

Outer packaging damage does not necessarily mean the product is damaged. As shipping conditions can vary, we cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging upon arrival.
If you notice visible damage to the box, please file a claim with the carrier and email us at support@rixoc.com with photos or videos showing any missing parts, major damage, or quality issues. Our team will help arrange a replacement if needed.
⏱️ Reporting Timeline:Please report any shipping damage within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.


6.REFUSING DELIVERY 

As this is a large, high-value item, shipping and product costs are significant. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination, intercept, or cancel the order. If you refuse delivery, an $80 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping loss. Please contact us at support@rixoc.com immediately after refusing delivery to avoid delays in your refund.
